However, because its position is only slightly outside the boundaries of Tonusu Village, many people also say that Saluopa is located in Tonusu. These two villages are located in Pamona Pasulemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi.

Saluopa can be reached in 30 minutes from Tentena Tourism City, which is located 12 km from Saluopa. If departing from Poso City. It takes 1.5 hours. The distance between Poso City and Palu City the Capital of Central Sulawesi is 264 km. The travel time from Palu to Saluopa is around 7 hours.
To reach the waterfall, visitors must walk 500 meters from the gate, through a small, shady, and cool forest. If you want to go to the top of the waterfall, visitors must climb the concrete stairs on the left side of the waterfall.
